OMG... I found my old blog....

I have been slack I know...

but time has just somehow mananged to get completely away from me...





so I actually HAD to get crafting last night and make a card for a little day care friend of my son...






The paper is kaisercraft Robots paper and an all over cogs / gears paper from the same collection with 1 of the robots cut out and foam mounted, some of the cogs cut out individually and 'interlocked' across the bottom..

the backgroud is a copery / gold cardstoc that I embosed with the 'diamon plate' pattern cuttlebug folder (and the cuttle bug machine...lol)..

the wording is just some small individual letter stamps...

inside the cogs at the bottom are some small co-ordinating buttons ....

I am not 100 % happy with it.... but it is good enough for a 5 yr old boy.. (notwithstanding that it will probably be in the bin tonight...lol)

my new baby arrived the other day (a huge thanks to Terri).. and of course despite my partner's rolling eyes I just HAD to bling her up.... to which his comments were .. "you could just not help yourself could you".... and the problem is???......:-)

Well the time has come...

After much deliberation I have decided to attempt to join the 21st Century and create (or attempt to create my own Blog...

so here goes....

I will post all sorts of things... family antics, random thoughts ( of which I seem to have many..lol) and my crafting exploits and creations ...

I hope to meet with lots of lovely people through this 'new age' medium...
